- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Teller was unbelievably rude and condescending- I thought maybe it was just the telebankers on the phone... but it appears the company policy regarding being rude to customers is a trickle-down affair with First Interstate- the manager I spoke with on the phone, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes (not exaggerating) actually said "We didn't ask for these new branches out in Oregon" I laughed out-loud- "Well, We certainly didn't ask for you! you were thrust upon us." Time to close this account- Chase and USAA have NEVER remotely treated me the way these people have... they act like they are doing you some big favor by interacting with you-By Dirk Staff, September 07, 2017
