- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been using O'Connor Tax Services for a decade now. The service has been excellent, IMHO. They've always been on top of any changes in tax code, and don't miss an opportunity to structure your tax return with all available deductions and credits available to you. Last year I'd started my own limited liability company, and Karen Jean invited me to bring my laptop and go over my QuickBooks account with me for a whole hour -- no extra charge. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to this tax perparer after reading google reviews. I am disability recipient, O'Connor deny me services. When I came to her office and opened the door after knocking and being told to come in. There was no other customers in her office.This woman just stared at me not saying anything, no "can I help you" or anything. So, after waiting for almost a minute, for her to acknowledge my presence, the whole time she is staring at me with an annoyed look on her face. I told her that I was there to have my taxes looked at. She then told me that I should go to H&R Block or Liberty Tax, and that she would not help me. I then went downstairs to Nagel & Padilla LLC and was told that they wouldn't help me either.By Alienated Consumer, December 17, 2016
